Lauren Bialecki, Ph.D., LPC

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a variety of life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is strength-based and collaborative. I believe that people inherently have the resources inside of them that they need to create the kind of life that they want. My role is to help people implement strategies to access and further develop those resources. I use evidence-based practices and my clinical training to help my clients lead lives where they feel healthier and more connected to themselves and their loved ones. I see psychotherapy as an avenue to pursue personal growth, empowerment, and positive change.

I assist clients who are experiencing a wide variety of challenges. I work with those who are having difficulty managing life transitions or struggling with unhealthy patterns in their relationships. Additionally, I treat anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, attachment injuries, and trauma, among other mental health conditions.

My intention is to help my clients examine the obstacles in their lives and to support them in building greater self-awareness to aid in overcoming those obstacles so that they can lead more gratifying lives. My office is centrally located in Rock Hill. I look forward to speaking with you about my practice in order to learn how I can support you.
