I use a variety of approaches throughout the therapeutic process to meet the needs of the clients I treat as they progress and work towards leading a happier, healthier life. My experience and training can help you grow and create the change for which you are looking.

My approach in therapy is collaborative, compassionate and direct.Using EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, talk therapy and other therapeutic interventions, I serve clients struggling with relational issues, life transitions, eating disorders, mood disorders and trauma, among others. I strive to empower you to become your best self through self awareness and guidance in resolving the barriers or struggles preventing you from living a more fulfilling life.
