Our Services

Individual Therapy

At RTA we believe that everyone can benefit from counseling. Therapy can help you better understand yourself and the choices you make. Individuals start to notice recurring patterns in their lives (or relationships) that no longer seem helpful. Individual therapy can help a person understand how their past experiences or belief system are keeping them from feeling satisfied. Our therapists are skilled at collaboratively exploring and making sense of an individual’s experiences and perceptions. We assist our clients in developing skills, tools, and resources to manage stressful situations.
